Accessing Settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar to access account, billing, and organization settings.

Account Information

View and update your personal account details.

What You Can Manage

Email Address

Your login email and contact address

Display Name

Your full name as shown in the platform

Password

Change your account password for security

Theme Preference

Choose Light, Dark, or System theme

Updating Your Email

Navigate to Settings → Account

Access your account settings page.

Click 'Change Email'

Open the email update form.

Enter new email address

Provide your new email address.

Verify via email

Check your new email for a verification link and click it to confirm the change.
After changing your email, use the new email address to log in. Your old email will no longer work.

Changing Your Password

Navigate to Settings → Account

Access your account settings page.

Click 'Change Password'

Open the password update form.

Enter current and new passwords

  • Current password - Your existing password
  • New password - Your desired new password (minimum 8 characters)
  • Confirm new password - Re-enter new password

Save changes

Click “Update Password” to save.
Use a strong, unique password for your Mulligan account. Consider using a password manager.

Theme Preferences

Change your visual theme preference:
  • Light mode - Clean, bright interface
  • Dark mode - Eye-friendly dark theme
  • System mode - Automatically matches your device’s theme
Changes apply immediately.

Additional Settings

Control which email notifications you receive:
  • Quote completion notifications
  • Policy processing alerts
  • Credit balance warnings
  • Team activity updates (Team Plan only)
Set your timezone for accurate timestamp displays in Recent Activity and reports.
Currently, Mulligan is available in English only. Additional languages may be added in future updates.

Account Security

Two-Factor Authentication

Currently not available. Coming soon for enhanced security.

Login History

View recent login activity and devices (Coming soon).

API Keys

Enterprise only - manage API keys for integrations

Sign Out All Devices

Force logout from all devices (Coming soon).

Deleting Your Account

To delete your account:
  1. Navigate to Settings → Account
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Click “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm deletion
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • All your data will be deleted
  • Your organization will be deleted if you’re the only member
  • Purchased credits will be forfeited
  • Active subscriptions will be canceled
Consider downgrading to Pay as you Go instead of deleting if you might return.
