When to Buy Credits

You normally use 30 credits/month but have a busy quarter coming up with 60 credits needed. Buy 30 extra credits instead of upgrading your plan.
Buy extra credits as insurance to ensure you never run out mid-workflow, even during unexpected busy periods.
If you only occasionally need more than your plan provides, buying credits is more cost-effective than upgrading for just one or two months.
If you’re about to run out of credits before your billing period resets, buy a small amount to tide you over rather than waiting.

Upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits every month.

When to Upgrade

You use 80-100% of your monthly credits every month. Upgrading provides better value than repeatedly buying additional credits.
Your brokerage is growing and you’re automating more workflows. Upgrade proactively to avoid running out of credits.
You want to add team members. Upgrade to Team Plan ($999/month) which unlocks unlimited team members and permission management.
You want custom integrations with your AMS, CRM, or other systems. Upgrade to Enterprise for API access and custom integrations.
