Get Started in Three Steps
Welcome to Mulligan! This guide will help you create your account, explore the dashboard, and try your first feature.What you’ll need:
- Email address
- Company/organization name (or select “Personal Account”)

Create Your Account
Navigate to app.usemulligan.com and click “Sign Up”.
Sign Up Process
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Choose your organization name:
- Enter a custom organization name (e.g., “Smith Insurance Agency”)
- OR select “Personal Account” if you only plan on using Mulligan individually
- Complete your profile
- You’re now logged in with your own organization
Understanding Organizations
Every user belongs to one organization:- Each organization has its own subscription plan and billing
- Plans and credits are tied to the organization, not individual users
- Initially, you’re on the ‘Pay as you Go’ plan with 10 free credits monthly
- You can upgrade or buy more credits anytime from the billing section
