Credit Questions

Currently, credit costs per action are the same across all plans. The difference is how many credits you get each month.Higher plans provide better value through larger monthly allocations rather than discounted per-action costs.

Yes. There’s no limit to how many purchased credits you can buy at once. They’re all valid for 1 year from the purchase date.Learn how to purchase credits
Declined quotes consume credits because the system completed the full process of filling out carrier forms and receiving a decline response. This is an end state. The decline typically means the risk is outside the carrier’s appetite or missing information was provided - not a system error.

Billing Cycle & Timing

Monthly credits (free + plan) reset at the start of your billing period.Your billing period starts on the day you subscribed (or upgraded). For example:
  • If you subscribed on the 15th, credits reset on the 15th of every month
  • If you upgraded on the 20th, your new cycle starts on the 20th
Purchased credits don’t reset - they’re valid for 1 year from purchase.
Not directly. Your billing date is set when you subscribe or upgrade. If you want a different billing date, you’d need to cancel and re-subscribe on your desired date (not recommended due to potential disruption).
No. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, so you get the full value of what you paid for. No refunds or prorations are issued.Learn more about downgrades
